6 Shipping Procedure

Your sexy doll will be manufactured expertly and with care. The following procedure will take place after you place the order:

Returns

  1. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
  2. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
  3. We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our factory.
  4. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at info@irealdoll.com.  If the dolls is unused, we will honor a full refund of the doll + shipping to return the doll. 
  5. We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

 

Order Cancellations

  1. We understand that in rare cases of buyers remorse you may wish to cancel your order after purchasing. 
  2. We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
  3. After 24 hours, if you still wish to cancel, there may be a restocking fee assessed and a partial refund issued.
